Culture Salon & Day Spa Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Team Members of Culture.
The appointment is reserved especially for you.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and life can be a little unpredictable.
Therefore, we respectfully request that you provide us with 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time.
Because of this, clients on our waiting list may miss a chance to receive services they've been waiting to schedule.
Because of this, when you do not contact Culture to cancel your appointment with 24 hours we must charge 40% of your service charge, to re-cooperate Operating Costs, Culture Team Member Wages.
We ask you call 1-250-537-2700 when cancelling an appointment, please no emails.
Tips on making your appointment work for you:
Did you know we send Email & Text notifications to remind you of your next appointment, make sure you are signed up and have given the correct information when booking.
Arrive 10 minutes before to have a cup of Tea, settle in to relax, arriving late pushes into your time and causes loss of a full service.
Please note all Facial Appointments require you arrive 10 minutes before your service to fill out personalized facial forms.
Bringing inspiration for your next Haircut or Hair color, insures that the stylist gets a visual for what you are wanting & that your both on the same page.
When coming in for a pedicure, please bring sandals that do require going over the toes or that hang over them. Flip-Flops are 100% the best.
